Mr. Zhang, entitled EMBA certificate from China Europe International Business School, started his career in Ernst & Young and participated the IPO audit of ICBC and Dongfeng Motor Corporation

In 2006 John joined Deloitte Financial Advisory service dept. and served international clients including Blackstone, Warburg Pincus，Softbank, Air China and Bertelsmann in transaction service process. Mr. Zhang has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, and has provided service in deals amounting over USD 10 billion.

Ms. Li graduated from Peking University with Bachelor degree of Administration. She is qualified CPA and CFA, with over 15 years experience in auditing and transaction services. Ms. Li joined PGA in 2015 and provided services for major clients such as Legend Capital, Meituan, Xiaomi, etc

Before joining PGA, Ms. Li worked in Price Waterhouse Coopers as an auditor and joined Deloitte Financial Advisory service dept. in 2006 where she was directly responsible for M&A services. Ms. Li has participated in over 100 financial due diligence engagements covering manufacturing, energy, consumption goods, internet and electronic commerce industries, etc.

Ms. Stephanie Shi, with CIA certificate, was granted Bachelor degree of Accounting from Tongji University and MBA degree of HKU. Before joining PGA, Ms. Shi was in charge of financial management, internal control and risk assessment in Porsche SE China.

With over 12 year experience in FP&A, auditing and investment, Stephanie has participated in US GAAP IPO audit in Price Waterhouse Coopers and has led pre-investment commercial / financial due diligence, post-investment management and IPO exit while in fund owned by the Communist Youth League. Ms. Shi provided advisory services to clients from various industries including social media, Hi-tech, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, online / offline education and FMCG, etc.

Ms. Jerry Wei worked over 10 years with prior working experience in Deloitte Financial service department and corporate financial department in charge of financial reporting and budget management.

Jerry joined PGA in 2016 and served top tier PE/VC clients including IDG, Legend Capital, Sinovation Ventures, 5Y Capital and corporate clients such as iQIYI, Ke Holdings Inc, TAL and Huisuanzhang, covering K12, consumable industry, intelligent manufacturing, SaaS, entertainment industries, medical services and real estate brokerage.

Jerry is ACCA member and was entitled Master Degree of Science from Bayes Business School (City) and Bachelor degree of Management from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE).

Jason is a partner in PGA Financial Advisory Services based in Shanghai. He has over 10 years of professional experience and has been specialized in merges & acquisitions advisory services since 2014. Prior to joining PGA, Jason was a senior manager in PwC M&A Advisory. Prior to this, he was an assistant manager in KPMG Audit.

Jason has worked on over 80 M&A transactions with deal size amounting over USD15 billion. Jason served clients covering broad industries in TMT, industrial products, retail and consumers, healthcare, energy and auto parts. Jason is experienced in financial due diligence, vendor assistance, SPA review and M&A negotiations support.

Jason is a Certified Public Accountant in China.

Before joining PGA, Ms. Shen worked at Deloitte, where she provided a variety of consulting services to both domestic and international clients.

With over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, Ms. Shen has offered her expertise to numerous publicly listed companies as well as many startups.

Ms. Shen graduated from the Finance Department of Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Mr. Thomas Yan, as the partner in charge of the valuation consulting business of Park Valley Beijing Office, is responsible for project organization, channel construction and business development in North China.

Mr. Thomas Yan has more than ten years of relevant experience in the financial and accounting industry. He started his career at KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants. After that, he joined a world-renowned asset appraisal company and participated in a series of listings on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Evaluation projects for quasi-listed companies, including initial public offerings (IPO), mergers and acquisitions and financing, etc. Subsequently, Mr. Yan joined the transaction consulting department of PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide value analysis and consulting services for listed and unlisted companies in asset and equity transfers, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and liquidation. In his business experience, Mr. Yan Dong participated in and led a series of evaluation projects for companies listed or quasi-listed on the U.S. Securities and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges. In recent years, he has served clients in multiple industries, including the Internet, chemical industry, education, Retail, asset management, manufacturing, financial services, medical equipment, etc.

Mr. Thomas Yan holds a master's degree in finance from École Business School in France. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Chapman Sun is an experienced professional and expert in the finance and valuation industry with over 18 years of the relevant experience. He is experienced in advisory services of many industries, including TMT, asset management, healthcare, manufacturing, chemicals, education, fast moving consumer goods and real estate. Mr. Chapman Sun’s career life began in a tax consulting firm and he then worked in world-class valuation companies and valuation service line of the Big Four accounting firms. Before joining PGA, he worked as a senior manager in the valuation advisory service of a Big Four accounting firms where he is responsible for reviewing valuation reports as an audit support function and providing valuation and consultancy services to large stated-owned enterprises, multinational companies and listed companies.

Throughout the years, Mr. Chapman Sun participated in and led a series of valuation projects for listed or IPO candidates in US，Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland stock exchanges. He also handled lots of large-scale M&A transaction for domestic firms as well as multinational companies in China. Mr. Chapman Sun’s experience includes valuation for financial reporting, fairness opinions, transaction support, tax compliance, risk management, portfolio funds as well as financial modelling. Mr. Chapman Sun specializes in valuation of intangible assets and financial instruments.

Mr. Chapman Sun, CFA, was granted the Bachelor's degree in Economics of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, the Master of Science degree in finance and Master of Business Administration from EDHEC Business School, France.

Mr. Wang Xiaonan is the partner in charge of Pugu's real estate and property appraisal business. He is fully responsible for business development and management including real estate appraisal, property valuation consulting and property legal appraisal.

Mr. Wang Xiaonan is a registered real estate appraiser in China and a British Royal Chartered Surveyor. He has more than 16 years of relevant experience in the field of property valuation and consulting. He is a veteran and expert in this industry. He has experience in valuation consulting and statutory business services in a variety of property forms. Mr. Wang Xiaonan started his career in a foreign property valuation and consulting service company, after which he joined a well-known international real estate consulting company. Before joining Park Valley Appraisal, he served as a senior associate director in the valuation and consulting service department of a comprehensive real estate service provider with a high reputation in the industry, independently managing an elite team of more than 20 people, and executing clients of listed companies in Hong Kong. In his professional experience, Mr. Wang Xiaonan participated in and led a series of real estate appraisal projects for listed or quasi-listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and property valuations during the privatization of listed companies. In addition, he is also responsible for leading the property valuation work of a group of large-scale real estate acquisitions and mergers of Chinese local enterprises and multinational companies. His most representative is the team leader who led the property evaluation of Dalian Wanda Commercial Real Estate Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong's IPO, property evaluation for several years of Wanda investment property financial reporting purposes, and property evaluation for Wanda privatization purposes.

Ms. Yuki Shao has more than 15 years of experience in professional valuation services, where she specialized in business valuation, intangible assets valuation and valuation of financial instruments. Ms. Yuki Shao's career life began in the valuation sector of PricewaterhouseCoopers and later she joined an internationally reputable asset valuation firm. Before joining PG Advisory, she worked as a senior manager in a Hong Kong based consulting firm, where she was responsible for advisory services such as financial modeling, asset pricing, etc.

Throughout the years, Ms. Yuki Shao has worked with many state-owned enterprises, public companies, multi-national corporations and private equity funds, covering a broad spectrum of industries, including TMT, healthcare, education, supply chain, real estate, finance, automobile, manufacturing, retail, energy, etc. Moreover, she participated in and led a series of valuation services for IPO candidates in US, Hong Kong and PRC stock exchanges, covering equity investment, asset transfer, corporate restructuring, M&A, divestiture and advisory services.

Ms. Yuki Shao has achieved professional certification as both Chartered Financial Analyst and Financial Risk Manager.

Mr. Yanbo Xiu has over 14 year experience in valuation, financial modelling, M&A and private placement advisory. Yanbo started his career in KPMG as an auditor in financial sector. He join EY valuation and business modelling department afterwards, working in multiple offices including Shanghai and Hangzhou. He also has worked in a Chinese investment bank as an associate in private placement department. Yanbo, as a team leader, has worked for various types of clients including MNC, POE, start-up company and PE/VC, providing valuation, modelling, M&A and private placement services. He has various sector experiences in TMT, Biotech, consumer goods & seriveces, industrial product, banking and finance, automobile, utilities, construction, etc. He has adequite experience in valuation and capital market serivices including HongKong, US and mainland China.

Mr. Yanbo Xiu , CVA, was granted Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (Shanghai Jiao Tong University) and Master in Global Management (University of Antwerp).

Mr.Martin Lu has been engaged in Audit and Valuation work for more than 12 years. Before joining PG Advisory, he worked in the valuation department of Ernst & Young, and the audit department of KPMG. He provided professional valuation and consulting services to Private Equity investment funds, Domestic enterprises and Multinational companies. His project experience covers artificial intelligence, communications, automobiles, finance, new energy, media and entertainment, biomedicine, public utilities, real estate, etc. fields.

Mr.Martin Lu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Chinese Certified Property Appraiser (CPV), a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) and a Canadian Certified Public Accountant (CPA-Canada).

Mr. Harry Huang is the Director in PG Advisory and has over 10 years of finance and valuation experience in leading consulting firms. He specialized in value analysis of business enterprise value, intangible assets and financial instruments. Throughout the years, Mr.Huang have been involved with many valuation projects for high profile corporations in Mainland China, Hongkong, and the US in different industries including healthcare, TMT, education, consumption, manufacturing, energy and other industry. Moreover, he participated in a series of valuation services for IPO candidates in US and Hong Kong stock exchanges, covering asset valuation, modeling, asset pricing and advisory services.

Mr. Harry Huang has a Master of Commerce-Finance from the University of Sydney, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Gu Mingjie has nearly 20 years of experience in equity incentives, company listings and mergers and acquisitions, and financial and auditing services. Since 2016, he has focused on project implementation and training services related to equity incentive plan design, covering new energy vehicles, high technology, biopharmaceuticals, retail consumption, advanced manufacturing and other industries. Clients he has served include Red Star Macalline Group, Wei Ma Automobile, Baiqiu E-commerce, Shuming Semiconductor, Kuaiqian Payment, Ruiwei Asset Management, etc.

Mr. Gu Mingjie once worked in the audit departments of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's four largest accounting firms, and later served as the financial director of two companies.

Mr. Gu Mingjie holds a bachelor's degree in literature from Fudan University and a master's degree in business administration from China Europe International Business School. He has successively obtained professional qualifications such as Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CICPA), International Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). qualifications.

Ms. Tina Chen was TS dept. manager from Price Waterhouse Coopers and joined PGA in 2016 with CICPA certificate.

Tina participated over 40 M&A / equity investment transactions and achieved high reputation from clients she served including TPG、GIC、Hillhouse, New Horizon and MNCs / Chinese Private Group companies in providing Financial Due Diligence service (buy side and sell side) and transaction advisory services.

Ms. Chen was entitled Bachelor Degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.

Mr. Shen worked in Price Waterhouse Coopers Audit dept and participated in audit projects of domestic and foreign companies such as Shanghai Film, Dianping, Nidec, etc. Before joining PGA, Mr. Shen was Financial Risk Control Manager of New Margin.

Steven joined PGA in 2017 and has participated in financial due diligence covering TMT, cultural media, healthcare, modern service sectors, etc.

Mr. Shen is qualified CICPA and graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Ms. Li joined PGA in 2016 and has participated more than 60 M&A / equity investment transactions covering high-tech, enterprise services, retail and educations, etc. Aimee served institutional investors including China Renaissance Capital, Source Code Capital, H Capital, Legend Capital, Longzhu Capital, SIG, etc.

Aimee is an ACCA member.

Ms. Cao has 8-year experience in financial modelling, business valuation, intangible assets valuation and valuation of financial instruments.

Throughout the years, Ms. Cao has provided various professional valuation services for a large number of listed companies or IPO candidates in US and Hong Kong stock exchanges, including valuation of preferred stock, share-based compensation, long-term investments, convertible bond, contingent consideration, intangible asset, etc. She has served clients in multiple industries such as Internet, TMT, education, consumer products, automobiles, IDC and private equity funds.

Ms. Cao was entitled Master Degree of Science from Singapore Management University and is qualified CPV and ACCA member.

Ms. Amy Yan is focus on participating and responding for valuation services of transaction support and financial reporting purposes.

Ms. Amy Yan has been engaged in the valuation industry for approximately nine years. Ms. Amy Yan has massive valuation experiences in enterprise value, preferred stocks, options, private equity, and intangible assets. Ms. Amy Yan is familiar with various valuation methods and practices in domestic and foreign and has extensive and solid practical experiences. She is expert at coordinating the connections between involved parties and assisting enterprises to realize their own economic behaviors successfully. During her own professional experience, Ms. Amy Yan has participated in numerous valuation projects of public or Pre-IPO companies on the stock exchanges of China, the United States and Hong Kong, covering initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity value of private company, etc. The projects she has participated including education, TMT, games, cultural industry, finance, and other industry sectors, covering enterprise value, intangible assets, financial assets and so forth.

Mr. Zhang Jingbo is mainly responsible for the valuation assignments for the transaction support, financial reporting and statutory purposes.

Mr. Zhang has over 5-year experience in valuation. He handled independently lots of valuation projects for the business valuation, intangible assets valuation, financial instruments valuation, property and other assets valuation. He has the experience and ability required by all kinds of valuation assignments. Mr. Zhang is familiar with domestic and foreign valuation laws, regulations and valuation standards, and he is good at coordinating external intermediaries and assisting clients to complete successfully various valuation projects.

Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor degree in the management engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. Mr. Zhang Jingbo is a Certified Public Valuer (China).

Charlotte leverages over her 5-year experience in valuation, assisting clients in valuing a variety of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments for IPOs, M&A and corporate restructuring purposes. She has served a diverse group of clients, including multinational corporations, listing enterprises, privately held companies and private equity funds. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including TMT, consumer products, education,health care, and industrial products.

In her previous roles, Charlotte has been actively involved in valuation of intangible assets for financial reporting purposes and business enterprise valuations relating to equity financing. She has performed intangible asset valuations for purchase price allocation in compliance with U.S. and international accounting standards for many significant multinational acquisitions, and has performed employee stock option and financial instrument valuations in numerous IPO projects.

Charlotte holds a master’s degree in finance from Case Western Reserve University in the U.S. She is the member of the CFA, CPV (China).

Ms. Xu has 6 years of experience in financial modeling, enterprise valuation, preferred stock and option valuation, and intangible asset valuation. She is well-versed in various valuation methods and practices and has been actively participated in IPO and M&A projects. Ms. Xu has been involved in many valuation projects for companies listed on the US and Hong Kong stock exchanges. Before joining the PGA valuation department, she worked in the risk assurance department of PwC. Ms. Xu holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She is a member of the CFA and FRM.

Ms. Lena Hong is foc us on participating and responding for valuation services of transaction support and financial reporting purposes.

Ms. Lena Hong has many years of professional service experience in the valuation field and joined the PGA team in 2017.

She has massive valuation experiences for initial public offerings, transaction mergers and acquisitions, and long-term investment valuation of unlisted equity values. Ms. Lena Hong is familiar with various valuation methods and practices in domestic and foreign and has extensive and solid practical experiences. She is expert at coordinating the connections between involved parties and assisting enterprises to realize their own economic behaviors successfully. The projects she has participated including SaaS, e-commerce, insurance broker, IOT, education, film and television, game, intelligent life product, automotive, and financial service, social media, pharmaceutical, digital operation of food, etc.

Ms. Yuan has 5-year experience in financial modeling , business valuation, intangible assets and financial instrument valuation. She is familiar with valuation-related laws, regulations, and standards and has been actively involved in IPO and M&A projects, including valuation of preferred stock, share-based compensation, long-term investments, convertible bond, intangible asset, etc. The clients she has been working with are mainly from healthcare, education and TMT. Ms. Yuan holds a Master's degree in Finance from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. She has the membership of the CFA and CPV (China).

Katherine Shang has more than 10 years of experience in M&A, Material Assets Reorganization of listed companies and IPO related advisory. Ms. Shang worked in the investment banking department in HSBC and provided the valuation, M&A and IPO advisory services for state-owned enterprises, private companies and private equity funds.

Ms. Shang has been involved in various HKex related M&A and IPO projects covering a broad spectrum of industries, including TMT, healthcare, real estate, finance, automotive, manufacturing, consumption, energy and other industries. Throughout the years, Ms. Shang has worked with many state-owned enterprises, public companies, private equity funds and private companies, providing advisory services.

Ms. Shang was granted Bachelor in French Literature (Peking University) and Master of Science in Management (HEC)

Ms. Cristina Zhao has over 8-year experience in valuation, financial modelling, M&A advisory. She participated in the valuation and business modelling services, including business, intangible assets as well as real properties valuation exercises, for MNCs and SOEs, covering a broad spectrum of industries, including automotive, TMT, real estate, semiconductor, e-commerce, and other industry sectors.

Ms. Shirley Sun has over 7 years of experience in professional valuation services, where she specialized in business valuation, intangible assets valuation and valuation of financial instruments. Throughout the years, Ms. Shirley Sun has worked with many state-owned enterprises, public companies, multi-national corporations and private equity funds, covering a broad spectrum of industries, including TMT, healthcare, education, supply chain, real estate, finance, automobile, manufacturing, retail, energy, etc. Moreover, she participated in a series of valuation services for IPO candidates in U.S. and Hong Kong stock exchanges, covering equity investment, asset transfer, corporate restructuring, M&A and advisory services.

Ms. Shirley Sun, CFA, was granted Master of Science degree in Finance from University of Delaware.

Ms. Cao has more than 5 years of experience in professional valuation and financial services. She began her career in the corporate finance department of an international accounting firm before joining PGA. She has worked with public companies and pre-IPO companies in China, US and Hong Kong, covering a broad spectrum of industries, including TMT, healthcare, education, entertainment, etc.

Ms. Cao, certified as a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), was granted bachelor’s degree in accounting in Xi’an Jiao Tong Liverpool University and master’s degree in finance in Lancaster University.

Mr. Zed Liu has over 8-year experience in professional valuation services. Zed started his career in EY as an valuer in valuation sector. He has participated in a series of statutory valuation services, including corporate restructuring and listing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, equity/business/intangible asset transfer, financial reporting and other valuation projects. The projects cover healthcare, TMT, auto parts, industrial manufacturing, Chemical, real estate etc.

Mr. Zed Liu, CPV, was granted Bachelor in both Investment and Chemical Engineering.

Ms. Kallin Liu, CPV, was granted a bachelor's degree in accounting at Hainan University. In the past five years, Ms. Kallin practiced and refined her experience in the professional valuation services field, which includes the valuation and advisory services to public companies and IPO candidates in China, the United States, and other Asia countries. Ms. Kallin has been involved in diverse projects covering various industries, including healthcare, education, real estate, consumption, entertainment, and many other industries.

Ms. Qi has more than 5 years of experience in professional financial and valuation services, with extensive practical experience especially in value analysis of equity value, enterprise value, intangible assets and financial instrument. Ms. Qi began her career in the audit department of an internationally renowned accounting firm before joining PG Advisory. She provides modeling, pricing, valuation, and advisory services for clients in China, the United States and Hong Kong. She has been involved in various projects covering a broad spectrum of industries, including TMT, healthcare, education, finance, manufacturing, consumption and other industries.

Ms. Qi is a Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

Ms. Fang is manager in PG Advisory in Shanghai. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPV) and has more than 10 years of experience in professional valuation services. Prior to joining PG Advisory team, she worked in the TAS (Transaction Advisory Service) of Ernst & Young accounting firms and an well-established A-grade appraisal firms in Shanghai as a manager. She has focused on participating in and being responsible for a series of legal asset appraisal business, mainly including the material assets reorganization of listed companies, listed companies equity acquisition business, state-owned equity transfer, state-owned asset disposal, company restructuring, corporate mergers and acquisitions, equity or part of the assets transferred, company bankruptcy reorganization, tax-related valuation and demolition and relocation of valuation projects. These projects cover media, environmental protection, financial leasing, automobile manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, chemical industry, real estate and many other fields.

Ms. Laura Gao has about six years of experience in professional valuation services, where she specialized in business valuation, intangible assets valuation and valuation of financial instruments. She has worked with public companies and pre-IPO companies in China, US and Hong Kong, covering a broad spectrum of industries, including E-commerce, healthcare, SAAS, education, etc.

Ms. Laura Gao was granted Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Leeds.
